DMM: Coaching Questions for Heart and Four Fields-Reproduce Leaders



Coaching Questions:

What are your “go-to” scriptural passages which keep you rooted in reproducing local leaders? 

• What is your plan to develop leaders in all stages of the DMM cycle? 

• How well do all leaders understand the MAWL (Model/Assist/Watch/Leave process? What is your plan to train them to MAWL throughout 4 generations onward? 

• How are leaders chosen for both obedience and character? 

• Is leadership training on-the-job, just-in-time training? 

• Describe how your materials are simple and reproducible so that leaders can lead/disciples can learn to lead from the beginning? 

• In what ways are leaders being equipped for the level of leadership that they are leading? 

• In what ways are trainers being trained from within the movement for all levels of trainings needed? • In what ways are insiders leading everything—with coaching help as needed? 

• Describe those whom you are coaching to mold as catalytic leaders from within the movement? (Pray for this if not). 

• Are there multiple steams of generations in the movement? How can you or leaders foster that vision? 

• How can the more fruitful leaders do duckling discipleship helps to encourage, spur the others on? 

• What happens if someone is put in prison or martyred? Leadership response and pastoral care? 

• How is purity addressed in leadership? 

• How do leaders hold each other and you accountable? Describe how you all within the movement are transparent and vulnerable before each other? Describe how this has been working well in your DMM effort? In what ways can you increase this? 

• How well do leaders understand confidentiality? 

• How are you equipping local leaders on security issues? Does the group as a whole have a theology of suffering? 

• Describe ways in which your Generational 0-Gen 4 (onward) know the bridges and obstacles of their culture and worldview and how to address them from Scripture? 

• How well do leaders continually vision cast and review the vision and strategy plan, evaluate it and prayerfully ask the WIGTAKE (What’s it gonna take to reach this UPG?) question for vision and strategy alignment? How could you increase this area of equipping other reproducing leaders? 

• How will you and your team intentionally DNA the local leaders in the area of God-centered confidence, along with growth in God-centered competence in Christ? 

• Based upon specific HS led action steps for your AMP in the area of reproduce leaders, how well would you say you are progressing? Share an example where you followed through and saw the Lord’s empowerment to do so. What is greatest hindrance for your local partners and new local leaders to reproduce local leaders? 

• What do you need to “stop doing”, and/or “start doing” in order to see local leaders equipped and developed?
